Children playground equipment warranty certificate
Kinplay will provide a comprehensive warranty to for its full range of BESTPLAY Children playground equipment against defects in workmanship of materials ,if there is any problem like that, we will undertake the repair or replace all the problem products.
:details as follow:
BESTPLAY if the main pipe is galvanized,
Limited 12 years warranty on BESTPLAY main structures against structural failure due to corrosion or deterioration from exposure to weather. This warranty covers only if the main pipe is galvanized.
Limited 5 years warranty on all steel tube
Limited 3 years warranty on all component against structural failure due to defects in materials and workmanship.
Limited 3 years warranty on all polyethylene slide, enclosure and plastic component against structural failure due to defects in material and workmanship
Limited 3 years warranty on all benches receptacles against structural failures due to defects in materials and workmanship. The guarantee year of dustbin is 1 year.
Limited 2 years warranty on swings against structural failure due to defects in materials and workmanship. The guarantee year of spring toys is 1 year
Limited 3 years warranty on rubber mat for 5cm thickness , 1 guarantee year for 2.5cm thickness
All warranty mentioned above DOES NOT COVER the thing like below: damages due to vandalism, abusive, burns, cut, negligence or neglect and use of improper. Also do not include any cosmetic issues, e.g. scratches. Dents, marring, fading of paint and discoloration of wood due to weathering .
