1:thanks for chooseing our company’s products, for a better cooperation, we make the trading terms as below:
2:Inquiry, please pick up the products Number which you are interested, and please contact our salesperson through fax , email, telephone , qq, msn or any other contact ways, please confirm the details you want to know, just like the products materials , size, price , type of payment ,delivery date, and whether you need the goods include the tax and also the product guarantee
3: the price, we have the price terms as below: EXW (with tax), EXW(without tax), FOB, CIF, the price with fixing,
4: confirm the contract, after you confirm all the details you needed, and confirm you will place a order, then we will send a purchase contract to you by fax or email for your confirmation, after you confirm that contract, we will singed and stamped each other.
5:payment terms , we ues “ 46 “ terms, the customer should pay 40% order amount to our appointed account, after we received that payment, we will arrange the manufacture, after we finish that, the customer can inspect the goods at our factory or we will send some pictures of the goods to the customer for inspection, after that, the customer should pay the balance amount to us, then we will arrange the transportation to send the goods to the destination,
6:delivery terms, before the delivery , our salesperson will confirm that to you, whether you will appoint a forwarder, otherwise we will find a safety . fast, suitable price forwarder for delivery, and send the BL or the relevant delivery documents to you.
7:Inspection after received, when you received the goods, please inspect the goods quantity , and check whether the package is good, is there any damage which can infect the products quality , if there is any damage, please negotiation with the forwarder.
