With internationally accepted testing criteria for wire rope safe bearing capacity as evaluation standard, TCK weak magnetism inspection system quantitatively measures the percentage loss of effective metallic bearing cross-sectional area, caused by internal and/or external breakages, abrasion, corrosion, fatigue and other flaws, predicts and monitors the development trends of the flaws and thereby evaluate the residual bearing capacity and service life of the rope. It provides scientific reference for maintaining and replacing wire ropes, and makes it possible to reduce the cost and enhance the efficiency of wire rope use.
