J.BOND INDUSTRY CO.LTD (certificated by ISO9001 : 2000) founded in 1993, which specializes in precision plastic mold developing/mold designing/mold making, plastic injection moulding, paint spraying, silk screen printing/pad printing etc.
Since the establishment of plant, J.BOND contributed themselves to explore and develop all kinds of plastic mold designing, mold making and plastic product machining etc. Annually we made molds above 600 sets, used plastic material above 3000 tons per year, over one third exported directly to EU, American and Japan etc. in the meantime, we acted aggressively with frontier spirit, perfect quality, constant improvement, satisfied customers, developed the products that are urgently needed in the market and created the broad prospect for our clients. 1. Company Members: more than 450 employees, consists of 40 managing staff, 80 engineering persons and 20 quality controllers.
2. Main Equipments of Moulding Workshop: CNC 3 sets, wire-cut 2 sets, EDM 6 sets, water grinding machine 4 sets, lathe 2 sets, air compressor 2 sets, milling machine 26 sets, argon welding, etc.
3. Main Equipments of Production:
1) Including injection machine 30 sets, in which 15 sets of Japanese machines and 15 sets of Hong Kong machines(mould clamping force from 50 tons to 365 tons).
2) 1 Dust-free Workshop(Dust-free spraying cabinet 8 sets, silk-screen printing production line 2 sets, pad printing machines 6 sets)
4. Main Equipments of Quality Control Department: compass, caliper, micrometer, magnifier, duro-meter, tensile-meter, high-low temperature tester, projector, 3D coordinate measurement etc.
5.Specialized in the special fields of:
Computer & Peripherals, Home Appliances, Communication & Photograph, Audio-Visual products;
