J.BOND PLASTIC MOULDING CO.,LTD(certificated by ISO9001 : 2000) founded in 1993, is a Hong Kong-based manufacturer which specializes in precision plastic mold developing/mold designing/mold making, plastic injection moulding, paint spraying, silk screen printing/pad printing etc.
1. Company Members: more than 380 employees, consists of 30 managing staff, 80 engineering persons and 20 quality controllers.
2. Main Equipments of Moulding Workshop: CNC 3 sets, wire-cut 2 sets, EDM 6 sets, water grinding machine 4 sets, lathe 2 sets, air compressor 2 sets, milling machine 26 sets, argon welding, etc.(production capability 50 sets of moulds per month)
3. Main Equipments of Production:
1) Including injection machine 25 sets, in which 12 sets of Japanese machines and 13 sets of Hong Kong Huada machines(mould clamping force from 60 tons to 550 tons).
2) Dust-free spraying cabinet 9 sets, silk-screen printing production line 2 sets, pad printing machines 5 sets.
4. Main Equipments of Quality Control Department: compass, calliper, micrometer, magnifier, duro-meter, tensile-meter, high-low temperature tester, projector, etc.
